How Do I Use ScrapTunes™?

Directions:

1. Remove outer packaging
2. Select a sticker to use on the sound module
3. Remove sticker that says, “Replace this with NEW sticker” and replace it with the sticker you selected above.
   NOTE: Place sticker in the designated area to avoid interfering with the light sensor.
4. Adhere module to your scrapbook page
5. Remove black sticker from light sensor to activate (right before page is placed in book)
6. When the viewer opens to your page the light will cause the melody to play. The song will stop playing when the song is over.
   Note: Some of the melodies have a few verses. Once the verses are complete the module will stop playing.
7. Use remaining stickers throughout your page layout or save for future use
8. Keep book closed when not viewing

Recommendations for successful use:

1. Store your packaged ScrapTunes™ (or your page layout containing Scra Tunes™) out of the heat.
2. Store scrapbooks containing ScrapTunes™ in a standing position as opposed to stacking books one on top of another.
3. Avoid placing ScrapTunes™ modules on consecutive pages. If the person viewing your scrapbook turns the page before the melody is complete the songs may overlap.
4. ScrapTunes™ will perform best when placed away from the outer edges of a page. Since ScrapTunes™ are light activated, they will play once they hit the light. They also need to “reload” in the dark. If they are too close to the edge of the page, they will not have the opportunity to “reload”.
5. ScrapTunes™ will perform best when placed in a larger book (8 ½ x 11 and above) for the same reasons as #4 above.
